    They need to get Employees that know how to work the system the girl working the cash register didn't know what she was doing had to keep asking for help from the guy in the back one I got my food it was luke warm and tasted not fresh ordered got backed up don't recommend this location at all people walked out cuz the line up was too long

    This KFC lacks cleanliness. The countertops where you order and seating areas have grease spots that look like they've been there for weeks. The service is fine, I do not think I will back though due to their weak practice of food safe. I've been here four or more times and have gone to the bathroom each time. Yes, I've still went here more than four times because white rock has no other fried chicken restaurant. :(

    We just took back a full bucket of the worst chicken I have ever seen. It was so full of grease that there was a puddle at the bottom of the bucket. Very disgusting. When I returned to the restaurant I asked for the manager, who was also the one who made the chicken. She explained it was that way because "it was fresh".  I am not sure this location survives. This is the third or fourth time there. Never again.
